Printing parts should be finished tomorrow morning. I went heavy on supports, and cured them before removing the supports. This generally keeps the parts from warping too much. The test fit below is immediately after I removed supports. No filing or sanding had happened, and they fit QUITE WELL!!

Currently debating kitbashing the engine nacelles, but I just cracked a L’Egg container I was going to use  Angry so maybe not I guess…? I’m also short a couple unique parts I never did collect in my current kit stash.

Is that accurate enough to replace some of the printed parts with real kit parts? Things like those 8RAD assemblies, I'd probably replace those with castings from the real things.

StudioKitBash sold me a TON of 8Rad castings a while back. That would be a really easy upgrade, combined with a few bits from my stash.
I’m going to start cutting up some of my Saturn kits for the nacelles I think.
